Assistent

Duties: Assistance of our team, concept research, offer development, customer correspondence and presentation development.

Requirements: To have fun to organize events, Correctness, experience in events.

Junior

Duties: Event planning including the project management. Also for organisational duties and marketing of our small business events and events for smaller clients you are responsible.


Requirements: Completed Studies; Minimum Experience in Events: 3 years. Applicants with WKO certification "Event Industry Aspirant" are preferred. 

Senior

Duties: Complete consulting and supervision of exisiting and new clients. Besides that you manage the project assistants and coordinate the service providers.


Requirements: Education and/or certification as a project manager; several years relevant professional experience in the event, tourism, and/or entertainment business. Minimum working experience in event: 5 years.
